Each spacious room includes king size bed, Dish TV, & Jacuzzi bathtub for two with separate shower. Coffee bar includes microwave, small refrigerator, & coffee maker. Central ac/heat. Continental breakfast, bottled water & juice will be included.

To maintain the romantic Tuscan atmosphere, maximum occupancy
per Villa is two people.

* weekends & holidays require a two night minimum

Non-smoking only. NO pets allowed.

Management does not live on property.

NO daily housekeeping.

Please notify us before 2:00 PM, 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee per unit. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full payment.
