Payment is due in full at time of booking

Accepted forms of payment: VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMERICAN EXPRESS

Cancellation/Change Policy: 7 days notice & $25 processing fee per unit.

Please note our cancellation/change policy, as it is a vital part of the management of the properties. Cancellations of lodging accommodations or changes in arrival/departure dates affect us significantly. 7 days notice is required for cancellations or changes. Please notify us before 2:00 PM, 7 days prior to your arrival date to receive a refund, less a $25.00 processing fee per unit. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of your full payment.

Extended check-out (5:00 PM) $39.00 plus tax, based on availability.
Extended check-outs must be arranged prior to departure date.
